  SDH-IN-29 (Compound A33) is an SDH inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.0709 ?M. It exhibits a broad spectrum of antifungal activity, with EC50 values of 0.356, 0.798, and 0.146 ?g/mL against Fusarium graminearum, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, and Rhizoctonia solani, respectively. SDH-IN-29 provides moderate to significant protection against rice blast, wheat scab, and cucumber powdery mildew.
