Description :
TARC, a CC chemokine, is predominantly produced by dendritic cells in the thymus and signals through the CCR4 receptor. TARC is chemotactic towards T cells. Recombinant human TARC is an 8.0 kDa protein containing 71 amino acid residues, including the four conserved cysteine residues present in CC chemokines.Synonyms :
