Clusterin antibody can be used for detection of human clusterin by immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry (frozen sections), immunoprecipitation, and western blot (1:2,000) . Method: : Endogenous human Clusterin and recombinant FLAG-tagged Clusterin from cell lysates were resolved by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, transferred to nitrocellulose and incubated with a 1:2,000 dilution of the CL1-9 antibody on the left or with an anti-FLAG epitope-tag antibody on the right.
