Description
Anti bacterial agent 237 (Ru-8) is a membrane-targeting antibacterial small molecule effective against Staphylococcus aureus (MIC: 0.78-1.56 μg/mL) via membrane disruption and ROS induction, showing low cytotoxicity. Its efficacy has been validated in both in vitro assays and in vivo models, including murine skin wound and Galleria mellonella larval infection studies.
