Description
EEF2K degrader-1 is a potent and selective small molecule degrader of eukaryotic elongation factor 2 kinase (eEF2K) . It demonstrates robust anti-tumor activity in vitro, inhibiting viability, proliferation, and migration in breast cancer cell lines such as MDA-MB-231 (IC50 = 43.71 nM), and shows efficacy in MDA-MB-231 xenograft mouse models. This compound is a valuable chemical probe for studying eEF2K's role in oncology and protein homeostasis research.
