Description
DYB-03 is a dual HIF-1α/EZH2 inhibitor for research use. It suppresses migration, invasion, and angiogenesis in lung cancer cells and HUVECs in both in vitro and in vivo models. This compound also induces apoptosis in A549 and H460 cells with resistance to 2-ME2 and GSK126.
