Description
MJ04 is a potent and selective JAK3 inhibitor (IC50=2.03 nM) that impedes T cell differentiation and reduces LPS-induced cytokine production in macrophages. Demonstrating favorable pharmacokinetics, it has shown efficacy in promoting hair growth in a murine alopecia model with a high safety profile (LD50>2 g/kg) .
