Description
DPP-4-IN-10 (compound 1) is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) . By blocking the enzymatic degradation of incretin hormones GLP-1 and GIP, it is a useful research tool for investigating glycemic control mechanisms in type 2 diabetes, applicable in both in vitro enzymatic assays and in vivo animal models.
