Description
MRV03-037 is a selective inhibitor of the colibactin-activating peptidase ClbP. By blocking this enzyme, it prevents the biosynthesis of the bacterial genotoxin colibactin, thereby protecting eukaryotic cells from its DNA-damaging effects.
