Description
VZ185 is a PROTAC molecule that potently degrades BRD7 and BRD9 (DC50 = 4.5 and 1.8 nM, respectively) . It is constructed from a BRD7/9 inhibitor derivative linked to a VHL ligand. This compound is a valuable chemical probe for studying bromodomain function in cancer and epigenetic research, both in vitro and in vivo.
