Description
TNG260 is a selective CoREST deacetylase (CoreDAC) inhibitor that potently targets HDAC1 over HDAC3. It reverses STK11 loss-mediated anti-PD1 resistance by modulating the tumor immune microenvironment, reducing neutrophil infiltration and promoting immune-mediated tumor cell killing in preclinical studies.
