CCL-16
Description:
CCL16, also known as HCC-4, is a CC chemokine that interacts with CCR1, CCR2, and CCR5. CCL16 is expressed weakly by NK cells, γδ T cells, and some T cells and is upregulated in monocytes by IL-10. CCL16 functions as a chemoattractant for monocytes and promotes the maturation of monocyte derived dendritic cells.Synonyms:
