    Recognizes native, not denatured, conformations of human APP. SpeciesCcrossreactivity: monkey. Does not recognize rodent APP. Does not recognize APP in formalin-fixed, paraffin imbedded sections nor does it recognize APP if the samples are boiled in Laemmli (SDS) sample buffer containing a reducing agent such as DTT or b-ME. No crossreactivity with homologs of APP.

Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
