TMB Slow Kinetic 1-Component HRP Microwell Substrate (SUBK)

• Description:

  A ready-to-use solution containing TMB in a mildly acidic buffer. Ideal for ELISAs where the test samples contain high levels of the target molecule, for assays with long incubation periods, and for assays that do not need a high level of sensitivity.

• Assay Principle:

  1. Allow product to equilibrate to room temperature (25°C) prior to use., 2. Add 100 µL to each well. When reacting with peroxidase, a soluble blue reaction product develops that can be read at 405-410 nm., 3. In endpoint assays, the reaction can be stopped by adding equal volumes of 1% sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and reading at 405-410 nm.
