The IC50 values of Anticancer agent 255 against breast cancer cells MCF-7, MDA-MB-231 and 4T1 are 6μM, 10μM and 6.4μM, showing good anti-cancer activity Effect. Anticancer agent 255 can induce mitochondria-mediated apoptosis in cancer cells and prevent cell cycle progression.
