Description
Cyclosomatostatin TFA is a potent somatostatin (SST) receptor antagonist. Cyclosomatostatin TFA can inhibit somatostatin receptor type 1 (SSTR1) signaling and decreases cell proliferation, ALDH+ cell population size and sphere-formation in colorectal cancer (CRC) cells[1].
