Description
6-Methylhydroxyangolensate is a limonoid with activity in vitro against Plasmodium falciparum. 6-Methylhydroxyangolensate can be isolated from the bark and seeds of Khaya grandifoliola. The extrat of Khaya grandifoliola inhibits Plasmodium falciparum with an IC50 value of 13.23 μg/mL[1].
