• Description:

  PPQ-581 is an anti-influenza agent with an EC50 of 1 μM for preventing virus-induced cytopathic effects. PPQ-581 inhibits viral protein synthesis. PPQ-581 blocks the RNP nuclear export and cytoplasmic RNP aggregation[1].
