Applications Notes
These polyclonal antibodies can be used for detection of IKKα , IKKβ , IKKγ and IKKε by immunoblot at 0.5 - 2 μ g/mL, and by immuncytochemistry (IKKα , IKKβ and IKKγ ) or immunohistochemistry (IKKε ) at 1 - 10 μ g/mL, and Immunoflourescence.
