AzGGK TFA can be used as a site-specific probe for ubiquitylation and SUMOylation. AzGGK TFA is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups.
