• Description :

  MORAb-028 is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody inhibitor targeting GD2. MORAb-028 has a potent antitumor activity and kills GD2-expressing target cells via complement-mediated cytotoxicity (CDC) . MORAb-028 significantly inhibits tumor growth in EL-4-luc xenograft mice model. MORAb-028 can be used for melanoma cancer research[1].
