Description
Norzine dimalate (Thiethylperazine dimalate), a Phenothiazine (HY-Y0055) derivate, is an orally active and potent dopamine D2-receptor and histamine H1-receptor antagonist. Norzine dimalate is also a selective ABCC1activator that reduces amyloid-β load in mice. Norzine dimalate has anti-emetic, antipsychotic and antimicrobial effects[1][2][3].
