• Description :

  Urease-IN-21 (Compound 11b) is a Urease inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.12 μM. Urease-IN-21 has potent antibacterial activity against helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) and inhibitor activity against P450 enzyme (CYP2C19, CYP2C9, and CYP3A4) . Urease-IN-21 can be used for H. pylori infection research[1].
