Description
GPR84 agonist-2 (Compound 8e) is a highly selective GPR84 agonist with an EC50 value of 7.24 nM. GPR84 agonist-2 activates the Gαq signaling pathway, promoting inositol trisphosphate (IP3) production and calcium release and enhancing neutrophil chemotaxis and pro-inflammatory cytokine release. GPR84 agonist-2 is promising for research of inflammatory diseases, such as ulcerative colitis and acute lung injury[1].
