• Description :

  PQ-1 is a gap junction enhancer. PQ-1 activates p44/42 MAPK, increases phosphorylated p38-MAPK, reduces Bcl-2 expression, increases the cleavage of pro-caspase-3. PQ-1 affects the Raf-MEK-ERK cascade, induces Apoptosis. PQ-1 can be used in the research of breast cancer[1].
