• Description :

  WCK-1152 is a fluoroquinolone antibacterial agent. WCK-1152 is active against resistant pathogens bearing mutations of DNA gyrase and/or topoisomerase IV which also express efflux pumps. WCK-1152 can be used for the research of infection, such as respiratory infections caused by resistant pneumococci and staphylococci[1].
