It blocks the interaction between 15-PGDH and PGE2, promoting stem cell proliferation, increasing muscle strength, and enhancing mitochondrial function. Additionally, MF-DH-300 raises the expression of survival motor neuron (SMN) protein and is applicable in research on muscle diseases such as spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) .
