• Bioactivity :

  KWZY-11 (Compound 11) is a potent dual inhibitor of PARP/CDK6, exhibiting IC50 values of 156.8 nM, 197.3 nM, and 13.3 nM for PARP1, PARP2, and CDK6 respectively. It suppresses tumor cell proliferation by modulating the Wnt/?-catenin signaling pathway. Additionally, KWZY-11 induces excessive DNA damage and apoptosis in MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells.
