• Bioactivity:

  KOR agonist 3 (Compound 5) is an agonist of the ? opioid receptor (?OR) with an EC50 of 0.88 nM. It also exhibits some activation of ?OR, with an EC50 of 720 nM. However, KOR agonist 3 does not activate ?OR at concentrations below 1 ?M. Its ability to recruit ?-Arrestin-2 is lower than that of U50488.
