Recombinant human ACAA2 protein

• Description :

  ACAA2 catalyzes the last step of the mitochondrial fatty acid beta-oxidation spiral. unlike most mitochondrial matrix proteins, it contains a non-cleavable amino-terminal targeting signal. Recombinant human ACAA2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
