Assay Principle
Peptone provide carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins, and growth factors; cooked meat beef meat as denatured protein, it contains more sulfur-hydrogen groups, thiol groups from reduction, to provide a good environment for the growth of anaerobic bacteria. Formulation (per liter) : Heart Muscle 98g (supplement) Proteose Peptone 20g Sodium Chloride 5g Dextrose 2g Final pH7.2 ± 0.2 How to use: 1.Suspend 27g base in 1 L of distilled water , stirring heated to boiling until completely dissolved . Distribute into tubes or flsas with (027150) Cooked Meat Particles 98g/L . Autoclave at 121 °C autoclave for 15 minutes. 2.Diluted and treated samples.
Storage Conditions
Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
Recommended Usage
For cultivation and enrichment of anaerobic bacteria.
