Swine CCL8 (MCP-2) ELISpot

• Background:

  CCL8, also known as MCP-2, is a member of the CC chemokine family. There are at least 27 distinct members of the C-C subgroup reported for mammals. CCL8 is chemotactic for and activates many different immune cells, including mast cells, eosinophils and basophils, (that are implicated in allergic responses), and monocytes, T cells, and NK cells that are involved in the inflammatory response.

• Description:

  Swine CCL8 ELISpot contains Capture Antibody, Standard Control, and Detection Antibody for development of up to two (2) ELISpot assays. Other required materials and reagents are not supplied. The antibodies have been determined to function in an ELISpot with the Standard Control provided. Components may also be purchased separately. For research use only.
