Mouse CCL2 (MCP-1) Polyclonal Antibody - Biotinylated

  • Background:

CCL2, also known as monocyte chemotactic protein-1, is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family. There are at least 27 distinct members of the C-C subgroup reported for mammals. They are characterized by two adjacent cysteines. CCL2 recruits monocytes, memory T cells, and dendritic cells to sites of tissue injury and infection. CCL2 is implicated in pathogeneses of several diseases characterized by monocytic infiltrates, such as psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis and atherosclerosis.
  • Description:

The Mouse CCL2 (MCP-1) polyclonal antibody is labeled and has been qualified for use in ELISA. It is the detection antibody in the Kingfisher Mouse CCL2 ELISA. The Mouse CCL2 antibody was produced in rabbits and is antigen-affinity purified. The reactivity by species is: (Bovine CCL2 - None) (Canine CCL2 - None) (Cynomolgus Monkey CCL2 - None) (Equine CCL2 - None) (Guinea Pig CCL2 - None) (Human CCL2 - None) (Mouse CCL2 - Strong) (Rabbit CCL2 - None) (Swine CCL2 - None) .
