Description
SHP1 activator 1 (Compound 3n) is a cell-permeable small molecule that activates SHP1 phosphatase (EC50 = 17.66 μM) . It suppresses STAT3 signaling, inhibiting proliferation and inducing apoptosis in ABC-DLBCL cells, and serves as a fluorescent imaging agent in MDA-MB-231 cells for research applications.
