SOS1-IN-25 is an inhibitor of SOS1 that demonstrates inhibitory activity against the formation of the KRASG12C/SOS1 complex, with an IC50 value of 11.11 nM. It also causes a dose-dependent reduction in pERK levels. SOS1-IN-25 can be utilized in leukemia research.
