Description
EGFR-IN-170 (Compound 5c) is an EGFR inhibitor with an IC50 of 5.17 μM. It induces apoptosis by inhibiting Bcl2 and activating Bax expression, notably increasing the Bax/Bcl2 ratio. EGFR-IN-170 exhibits potent anticancer activity and is capable of inhibiting the growth of resistant lung cancer cells.
