Description
CDK-TCIP1 is a bivalent degrader that conjugates the CDK9 inhibitor SNS-032 to the BCL6-targeting ligand BI3812. It potently and selectively induces cell death in BCL6-overexpressing models, such as SUDHL5 lymphoma cells (EC50 = 7.7 nM), and is a valuable tool for studying oncogene addiction in cancer research.
