Description
PMMB-187 is a selective STAT3 inhibitor (IC50 = 1.81 μM in MDA-MB-231 cells) that induces apoptosis by blocking STAT3 nuclear translocation and activity, elevating ROS, and reducing mitochondrial membrane potential. It is a valuable research tool for studying STAT3-driven cancers in vitro, including breast cancer models.
