Description
WQQ-345 is a BCAT1 inhibitor (IC50: 10.8 mM) that suppresses glycolysis by reducing α-KG and downregulating PFKP and LDHA, while increasing H3K27me3 in vitro. It has also demonstrated antitumor efficacy in a 67R cell xenograft mouse model, supporting its use in cancer metabolism research.
