Description
UBX-382 is an oral PROTAC degrader of both wild-type and mutant Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) . It potently inhibits B-cell receptor signaling and has demonstrated anti-tumor efficacy in in vitro assays and in vivo TMD-8 xenograft mouse models for hematological cancer research.
