Description
PBD-monoamide is a pyrrolobenzodiazepine dimer derivative used as a cytotoxin in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), such as the HER2-targeting agent DHES0815A. Its mechanism involves sequence-selective DNA binding and crosslinking, leading to potent cytotoxicity in both in vitro cell viability assays and in vivo tumor models.
