Description
BIO-8169 is a potent and selective IRAK4 inhibitor (IC50 = 0.23 nM) with favorable pharmacokinetics and blood-brain barrier penetration (rat Kpu, u 0.7) . It suppresses pro-inflammatory cytokine production in vitro and ameliorates disease in the EAE mouse model of autoimmune encephalomyelitis, supporting its research in neuroinflammation and autoimmune disorders.
