Description
CTL-06 is a FASN inhibitor (IC50=3 μM) that induces apoptosis. CTL-12 arrests the cell cycle at Sub-G1/S phase, promotes apoptosis via caspase-9/Bax upregulation and Bcl-xL downregulation, and inhibits de novo lipogenesis. These compounds are utilized in breast and colorectal cancer research, with studies conducted both in vitro and in vivo.
