Description
LYP-IN-4 (D14) is a potent, selective, and reversible inhibitor of lymphotyrosine phosphatase (LYP; Ki=1.34 μM) . It enhances T cell activation and anti-tumor immunity by modulating TCR signaling and PD-1/PD-L1 expression, while inhibiting M2 macrophage polarization, as demonstrated in MC38 syngeneic mouse tumor models.
