Description
DTAGV-1-NEG TFA is a diastereomeric negative control compound for the dTAGV-1 system. It is a selective degrader of FKBP12 (F36V) and is used in both in vitro and in vivo studies to validate on-target degradation and rule out off-target effects in PROTAC-based research.
