Description
PF-184 is a highly selective IKK-2 inhibitor (IC50 = 37 nM) with minimal activity against IKK-1 and numerous other kinases. It is a valuable research tool for investigating NF-κB signaling in inflammatory diseases, including applications in both in vitro and in vivo models of asthma and COPD.
