Description
RET-IN-1 is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of the RET kinase, demonstrating nanomolar IC50 values against wild-type RET (1 nM) and its V804M (7 nM) and G810R (101 nM) mutants. It is a valuable chemical probe for investigating RET-driven oncogenesis in both cellular and animal models of cancers such as non-small cell lung cancer and medullary thyroid carcinoma.
