Description
UNBS-1450 is a hemi-synthetic, sodium channel-antagonizing cardenolide that induces apoptosis at low nanomolar concentrations in various cancer cell types. It acts by inhibiting NF-κB and modulating Bcl-2 family proteins, showing promising differential toxicity in preclinical in vitro studies.
