Description

TC-2559 difumarate is an orally bioavailable, CNS-penetrant partial agonist selective for the α4β2 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor subtype (EC50 = 0.18 μM) . It has shown utility in research on neuropathic pain, demonstrating antinociceptive effects in vivo, and is used in vitro to study nAChR function and signaling.
