Description
NO2-SPDB-sulfo is a cleavable, sulfonated linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for targeted cancer therapy. Its disulfide bridge enables controlled drug release in the reducing intracellular environment, which is critical for both in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo efficacy studies of ADC candidates.
